.:Thick Skin and Hand Grenades
I recently posted (and almost immediately removed) a lengthy review for Tracy Trost’s Find Me on Facebook. I redacted my thoughts for two reasons:
1) I’ve already talked candidly with Tracy about the film after he asked me for my “Ebert and Roeper” over the phone.
2) Anything imperfection I note publicly will make me look like a hypocrite unless my film does it...

I recently saw a trailer for an action movie that had no real recognizeable name actors in it… It looked well produced, explosions abundant, and even someone leaping from a building onto a helicopter.
All I could think was: “That must have been horribly difficult to shoot and I am not the least bit enticed to see this movie.”
I started to wonder if I was just becoming jaded to...
